Hi I’m Trisha!

I'm Trisha, a Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario, #13624) who works with professionals, leaders, and executives through burnout, anxiety, career transitions, and post-traumatic stress.

My path to this work wasn't linear. I spent years as a nurse in high-stakes, high-pressure environments—operating rooms, palliative care, psychiatric settings. I've run a business, managed competing priorities, and navigated my own unexpected pivots. I know what it's like to wear multiple hats while trying to hold everything together.

That lived experience shapes how I work with clients. I understand the weight of leadership, the complexity of big decisions, and the quiet toll of constantly performing.

My approach isn't about "fixing" you. It's about helping you build the tools to navigate what's ahead, using evidence-based frameworks like CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory. We set clear goals, work on specific skills, and you leave sessions with things you can actually use.
